BETTRA user guide
■ Membership registration information
① Our BETTRA is basically operated as a membership system.
② It is 100% free without any fees such as membership registration fee, monthly membership fee, or annual fee.
③ When signing up as a member, mileage of OOO won is paid as a congratulatory money for membership.
④ You can use the mileage applied for each product when purchasing if it is more than KRW OOO.

■ Mileage system
① You can use our mileage.
② 100 mileage points equals 100 won in cash.
③ You can use mileage only when it exceeds KRW OOO, and you cannot use points exceeding KRW KRW OOO.

■ How to order products
There are 6 major steps to ordering products from Uribetra.
① Product Search
② Add to shopping bag
③ Member ID login or non-member order
④ Fill out the order form
⑤ Payment method selection and payment
⑥ Order success screen (order number)
⑦ In the case of a non-member order, please make a note of the order number and approval number (when paying by credit card) in step 6.
※ However, if you are a member, you do not need to manage it separately as it is automatically saved.

■ Order confirmation and real-time delivery inquiry system
If you place an order at bettra, you can check how your order is being processed through order/delivery confirmation. Click Order/Delivery Confirmation on the member page.
If you are a member, you must enter your ID and password. If you have ordered as a non-member, you can enter the email you entered when you placed your order. (You must enter the exact name you entered when ordering. Entering the orderer's name is for identification purposes.)
We are currently using the OO courier service for delivery. With this service, you can track where the goods have arrived in real time through product tracking.

■ Safe payment system
Our BETTRA offers two payment methods: bank transfer and credit card.
For deposit without a bankbook, you can directly deposit the product purchase price through PC banking, Internet banking, telebanking, or directly at a nearby bank, and for credit card payments, you do not have to worry about security issues as OOOPG's electronic payment is used. is recorded as

When depositing without a bankbook, the name of the sender must be the real name of the orderer entered at the time of ordering.

■ Delivery period and delivery method
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you entered within 2-3 days (up to 7 days) from the date of payment if the customer ordered by bank transfer or from the date of purchase if the purchase was made with a credit card. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product you ordered.
When you place an order, if you specify a desired delivery date (more than 3 days), we will do our best to deliver it on the desired date.
We, BETTRA, use the OO courier service as a principle for shipping the purchased product. (Shipping method may differ depending on the product type.)

■ Order cancellation, exchange and refund
BETTRA complies with all laws and regulations for the protection of consumers.
Cancellation of an order can be canceled by the customer himself while the order is pending. For cancellation after payment, please contact our customer center.
In the case of deposit without a bankbook, the order is automatically canceled if the remittance is not made for a certain period of time.
If you paid by credit card, we will cancel the payment if it is possible to cancel the authorization, but if it is impossible to cancel the authorization, we will transfer the entire amount.
When sending a return, please write down your order number and membership number to help expedite the process.
